However, the online system confirmed immediate pickup. This caused me to cancel, and I had to deal with a series of issues regarding the prepaid amount online.

The car was in good condition, the pick-up and drop-off procedures were straightforward, and there was no aggressive upselling of insurance.

Very simple and convenient, but the return location is a bit hard to find. It's recommended not to return the car in the city center. However, the return process is quite simple; just park the car and hand over the keys without any inspection.
