They strongly recommended an upgrade, but in hindsight, it wasn't necessary.

Very poor. First, there was no one from Alamo, and someone from National had to help us, but a newcomer who didn't understand the procedure took a long time to process the car pickup. Second, they left in a hurry without letting us inspect the car properly. Later, we found out that the fuel tank was only half full, but we couldn't get a slip to confirm this. When I returned the car (I was returning a second rental car), I filled up the tank, which caused us to pay extra for fuel. We strongly demand compensation!

The store is small; when picking up the car, I passed by and only saw other rental companies, not this company's sign. The same was true when returning the car at the airport; Budget, Hertz, etc. were easy to find, but Alamo was challenging to locate. The reserved RAV4 wasn't available, but they provided a Chevrolet Equinox 4WD instead, which was good. It's surprising and concerning that early returns are non-refundable.

We booked a BMW 3 series or equivalent and ended up with a 4x4 AWD infiniti! Amazing customer service from all parties and will be using again.

Booking process easy, changed the dates several times before the actual booking! Absolutely amazing process.

The car was brand new with 23km on the clock. Staff were helpful and had all the details of the rental. Even though I had most things included from Easyrentcars Alamo offered those extras too. Drop off was easy and all staff in the parking bay were helpful and friendly. Thank you

This booking platform certainly save money as most things were included in the price. I would certainly use Easyrentcars again!
