Well attended by the staff name Paul Prussner and the car provided was new.

First time used, excellent service, excellent value for money.

Everything was ok, the only one major issue we had was we were under the impression that spouses were able to drive as well without an extra charge, and they charged us for that.

Everything with the booking platform was good nice and smooth

Although the vehicle was in great condition and provided our family with loads of space for our family vacation, we would never recommend Routes car rental. We had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. The person who set us up with our vehicle was less than courteous. The vehicle was not ready when we picked up - despite our flight being delayed by several hours. The inside of the car was not clean - dashboard was full of dust and suntan lotion, windshield was filthy. Lastly, the car was empty and we had to stop to fill it, which resulted in us missing our ferry. Completely disorganized.

Easy Rent a car was a painless way to rent our vehicle. Will use again.

The upgrade was fantastic and appreciated! The check in process was a little lengthy due to the business and what looked to be a new location and set up. We’ve rented via Routes many times and will continue to do so.

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)
