Maggiore charged my credit card a month after claiming there was a scratch on the car. Then, they charged me again six months later and could not provide any proof when I contacted them.

Price protector is good. should allow users to rate after sales or claims experience.

Not many people, the process was handled at a normal speed.

Pick up did not take particularly long but dropping off was quite frustrating with at least 5 more customers returning their cars at the same time and only one (overworked) guy dealing with all of us. Otherwise everything went really smoothly. I would recommend this company and won't hesitate use them again in the future.

Dislike: I asked for a small size but was given mid size because they did not have any left. Parking was slightly more difficult.
