After calling QEEQ, it was clarified that they had calculated the time for a few extra hours, resulting in additional rental and other fees. It was resolved after customer service coordination.

I rented an Audi A4, but was given a Ford Focus 1.5. The difference is substantial.

Overall pretty good. Booked two cars for our trip and both got upgraded to a BMW X1 and an Audi Q2. They didn’t try to force any insurance on us. The only hassle was returning the car, as the area was filled with restricted zones and one-way streets, which the GPS failed to identify. We had to return to the hotel and get directions from the hotel staff to find the rental office. Make sure to ask for directions when picking up the car.
