The service was okay, but they didn't provide the reserved car model. During the trip, a 'change engine oil soon' warning appeared, making me suspect the car hadn't been properly maintained. At least you could exchange the car at the airport, but the downside is there was no choice—you could only try out the Jeep.

This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
