Great experience with Centauro Bilbao

The car was in excellent condition, and the staff mentioned that buying the company’s full insurance would cover everything without any extra fees. However, we had already purchased comprehensive insurance on QEEQ.

Woman at counter was rude, unhelpful and aggressive. I would like to complain about how she treated customers but she told us no one more senior was available when we collected the car.

The delay to pick up was shocking. I had to wait ages. And missed a dinner date with friends because of it. There was no apology when I eventually got to speak to the Centauro staff.

it wasn't clear where to meet the shuttle bus on pick up, however I was very pleased with the collection staff, the queue was organised and not too long and the gentleman who served us was helpful, friendly and mainly didn't push the extras such as insurance etc like most car hire places do, a million times better than FireFly, made such a difference not to feel intimidated.
