Disconcerting when you get in the car and the display indicates mechanical work was due.

The staff were quite friendly and there were no extra charges.

The car broke down and the customer service was terrible and in fact the recommendations made by the customer service team were dangerous - they told us to drive it when the vehicle was not in a drivable condition and could have caused a huge incident if driven.

Car provided was above expectation!

You have to take in account that people who rent a car, don't know necessarily all types of cars, so the person who gives you the key to the car has to ask if you know the specifics of the car to rent. Finally a colleague came to help. When I brought back the car, everyone was helpful and nice. Thank them please.
