The staff was very friendly and patient. You can handle the rental at a self-service kiosk, but our domestic driving licenses still needed to be verified at a manual counter. All the fees were clearly explained, and there were no ambiguous charges. As we were about to leave the airport in the rental car, the inspector found that our selected car was still under maintenance because its license plate had expired. They immediately brought another car for us. In the process of changing cars, we carelessly left our phone in the original car. The staff quickly called the person who had taken the original car and had it returned, so we got our phone back. Overall, the car rental process was very smooth, and the staff had excellent attitudes.

This is a large company with a lot of business. I changed my booking to Alamo last minute, and since I originally prepared a translation for another company, I had to use my phone to create a driver's license translation for Alamo. The branch manager helped me print it out, which took some time but was helpful. I wanted to rent a Japanese midsize SUV, but all the midsize options were Jeeps, which was a bit disappointing.

Big company with a wide selection of models available. Very convenient and fast for both pick-up and drop-off.

At the store, they mainly tried to sell me insurance, and there was some attitude after I refused. Additionally, they charged me for a full tank of gas at the time of return (even though it was supposed to be returned full) and claimed it was included in the prepaid contract. However, they still directly charged my credit card. In hindsight, I should have refilled it before returning, but the gas cost they charged was as if the tank was completely empty. So, don't believe them if they say gas costs more near the return location.
