The overall process of renting and returning the car was pretty smooth.

Picked up the car at Orlando airport. When I arrived, Alamo's parking lot had almost no compact size cars left as I reserved, and the clerk kept pushing me to choose a higher category. I ended up with a Chevy Sonic LTZ, which is similar to the Chevrolet Aveo in my country, with a 1.4 T engine. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this small car; its performance was good, and it responded well when accelerating or changing lanes. In fact, its driving performance was better than the Cruze I rented later. However, the car is still a compact size, which feels a bit small in the U.S., unlike driving a larger car which gives more confidence. I recommend renting at least a standard or mid-size car.

I’m not sure about charging for “Fuel service” - above 36$. I think it’s payment for any highway during my rental time.

Great experience, staff super friendly and we were given an upgrade at pick up so we were delighted with Alamo.

its a great experience with Alamo they were very friendly over the airport counter and were very clear on there directives , the drop off was very simple though I ran 10 mins late due to heavy rains which suddenly came up
