Was really good apart from collection i waited almost 3 hours to pick up, I was offered 25% which thr manager emailed Qeeq but after speaking with them which was beyond terrible as the girl couldn't understand or speak English she made the whole process extremely terrible.

The rental company is certainly a scam. They required an additional charge for all petrol cars. We argued strongly during the return and got the extra fee refunded.

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.
