The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues: 1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included. 2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.
