Great service

想像以上に状態の良い車を借りる事が出来ました。 カウンタースタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。 でもその親切のせいかお客様との雑談が挟まり、我々の前に並んでいたのは1組だけなのに30分以上待たされました。 旅行者は時間に追われている事をほんの少し理解して頂けるともっと素晴らしいかと思います。

We filled up the gas tank near the airport before returning the car, but were still unfairly charged AUD 35.82 for refueling. This is very unreasonable, and we haven't received a response or refund after lodging a complaint. At pickup, they aggressively pushed insurance with no Chinese service available, making communication very difficult. We didn't get the car model we booked and were forced to take a larger car with an additional charge.

The staff at the counter were evidently not familiar with the business processes. Despite not many people in line, it took three hours of waiting at the counter.

The staff were very nice and spoke English slowly to ensure we understood. They were also very patient with our repeated questions.

The member of staff were extremely helpful and were king enough to give us a free upgrade.

Cheap and simple to use the booking time didn’t take long at all since I had left the booking to the last moment
