First time renting a car abroad, the customer service lacked patience

I booked a Corolla but was given a Civic. They asked if I wanted to upgrade without being pushy. Knowing I was driving the Great Ocean Road, they even provided me with a map and pointed out several famous spots. They also reminded me to set Google Maps to avoid toll roads since I didn't rent a toll pass. I bought fuel, and returning the car without a full tank was slightly more expensive but acceptable.

Very professional, both pick-up and drop-off were quick.

Easy to find the location. Only one person ahead, very quick process.
