Very satisfied, great service

Staff are all Chinese and communication in Mandarin is smooth. They provide driving training for beginners before renting, which is commendable. However, they gave us a downgraded Chinese-made seven-seater car with poor performance and high fuel consumption. The fuel tank was almost empty at handover. It's really baffling why a Chinese-run rental company doesn't follow international standards (foreign rental companies usually hand over cars with a full tank and upgrade if the same class is unavailable).

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

Once we got served, the service was great - novel approach to establishing car condition at start of rental. They took photos of car exterior and sent them to me on what’s app.
