She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...

Extremely poor after-sales service and claims process

When returning the car in the morning, no staff was present at the rental office. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to return from the airport and they prioritized helping a new customer first. The entire process from arriving at the office to finishing the return took half an hour. As a result, we barely made it to our flight after handling tax refunds, baggage check, and security. The rental office was informed of our return time in advance, so they should ensure enough staff during busy hours.

Very satisfied. I'd like to emphasize that I had two flat tires on the Great Ocean Road. We were a group of five, including adults and children. Although I had full insurance, the local service only towed the car but didn't transport people. It was already past 6 PM and getting dark, so we were very anxious. Fortunately, the rental company sent someone with spare tires to rescue us after more than three hours. We are really grateful to them.
