Smooth and efficient

Self-service car pick-up available, no need to deal with insurance upselling. Also, since there weren't enough SUVs, they kindly offered several minivans as alternatives at no extra cost. Truly worth it.

On picking up the car the member of staff at the Alamo counter tried to tell me the car i had booked was too small for myself and my child and would not fit my two cases in the boot, this was not the case at all, the car very comfortably fit all our luggage in and an extra case plus hand luggage on our return to the airport. He also implied I did not have sufficient insurance even though i had booked the top cover that Easyrentcars offered (including road side recovery). I was made to sign paper work whilst the staff member told me to sign my life away. This was most upsetting and he was obviously trying to oversell and rip off a woman travelling alone with a child. absolutely shocking experience. The back seat of the car was soaking wet, though we were told to return the car empty because of this.

Had no problem at all and would use easyrentcars again.
