Very satisfied with AVIS; they always provide relatively new and well-maintained cars!

I booked a car from SIXTY for 10 AM and provided my flight number, but the flight was delayed. When I arrived at 10:45, the staff was packing up and refused to help. I found the manager who simply said it was after hours and they couldn't assist. I called the rental support and they were also unable to help, even insisted on a minor detail and refused to budge. I had to rent from another company at a higher price. The next morning, I tried to rent again but was told there were no cars available. I had to pay an extra $25 per day for a BMW. Although I had already paid for 4 days, they placed a $500 pre-authorization hold. A very bad experience.

Long queue. Told them not to include GPS and insurance, but was still charged for GPS in the end.

Great location right inside the airport, very convenient for travelers! Wide variety of models, and the cars are new!
