I was offered an upgrade at a reasonable rate, however they failed to tell me that the car was a PHEV and there was no electric charge when I picked the car up, meaning that it used way more petrol than it should have. Also when I dropped the car off, there was no one to inspect it

The car was average, one of the doors had a problem and was hard to close. Not long after driving, a maintenance light came on, and later another light came on as well. We drove it for 5000 kilometers and by the time we returned it, it needed maintenance. We bought full insurance from QEEQ instead of the rental company's insurance.

We were upgraded by chance which was great and meant we had a satnav built in. Staff were extremely friendly at Lille Europe and didn't push for us to take their insurance as we had our own. Car in great condition and very helpful staff.
