Overall service was satisfactory. The rental company should provide more information and guidance about the pickup and return processes. At the time of pickup, after making the payment, the staff only gave a brief overview of the contract. There was no staff accompanying us during the vehicle pickup process; we had to locate the car by ourselves. Once at the pickup location, it was not easy to find staff. The return was done at night, and there was no one present at the return location.

We booked a Toyota Auris but got an Opel Turbo instead. The car was in great condition and better than what we expected. The service was excellent. 10 out of 10!

I booked a mini car as I have a small parking space at my apartment. The smallest they could give me was a Peugeot 308, which was far bigger than I needed and which was difficult to park.
