I will always go through enterprise, period.

There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly.
Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?

Like: Professionalism
Dislike: Spent about $500.00 for the 3 days rental. Still had to Get uber to and from airport to pick up and drop off location which is about 10-15 minutes ride. Costing me an additional $40. 00

Like: Received a better car than expected

Like: wonderful experience , would visit same location again
