I would have appreciated a 'tour' of the car's features before I started driving it. I didn't even know how to move the seat forward! Fortunately I had a friend there to show me, but if I'd been alone it would have been a problem and I would have had to go back and ask the counter staff.

The car had water on the passenger floor the whole time I had the car. Maybe leak in the heating coil. The driver side window controls only worked on the drivers window not any other. The trunk had not been cleaned. Since they did. It have anyone around when I returned the car I was not able to tell anyone. I was not told there was not going to be anyone there when I returned the car so I had to return to the car to get the keys and put them into the drop off box.

No problems with QEED. Your requirement for proof of insurance was never asked for.

“Easy Rental Cars is a breeze!”

When I rent from EasyRentCars.com I seem to get the worst condition cars at the Rental agency. This happened three times this trip. The cars are just older and the tires are worn etc. Never happened when I went through rental company directly.
