the van exceeded my expectations, the staff who gave me van were excellent, the night before I handed vehicle back someone damaged the van outside my house, the damage charge was £366 which for a 2 inch scuff was excessive, and even though I had just filled the vehicle with fuel the man gave me a fuel charge which he did not tell me about which was just plain sneaky.

Please highlight that proof of address is necessary. Can be done with a simple reminder email 5 days prior instead of spam emails.
