Very convenient and very good

The price on QEEQ differs from the actual price. It did not include taxes, and adding an extra driver cost nearly £10 per day.

The car was exactly what we had hoped for. Very easy to book.

Easy booking process, cheaper than other car rental sites.

Used budget loads of times and always been happy with the service and vehicle. Unfortunately this time the car window had been left slightly open, the car wasn't overly clean and was parked touching another car. Not the usual standard

Like: Hire desk easy to find just after carousal, friendly and helpful guy on the desk. Less than 5 mins walk to pick up car which was on the airport – however the walk is not covered so you are exposed to all the elements! Car was easy to find there was more damage on it than advised, I would recommend that you check just to be on the safe side and as not to incur further costs, although this was quickly resolved by the staff on site and we were on our way!! Same on return quick and easy drop off.
Dislike: That the car had more damage than stated on the paperwork originally provided - this should be more accurate
