Kept asking for the rental contract, but still haven't received it. They said they would email it, but haven't.

Booked a Ford Explorer with expensive rental fee and full insurance, but got a smaller Hyundai Tucson upon pickup. Highly dishonest!

Like: Friendly and easy going staff at their Gatwick location. When faced with some issues on the booking and with the car; it was easily dealt with and we were away with no dramas. Equally friendly at the other end of our one way drop off in Oxford.
Dislike: The fact that I left my child's car seat in the vehicle and it hasn't turned up yet. Not exactly their fault, but would have liked to see some sort of follow up on this by now; as it's been several days since I reported it. Hopefully, it will be located and we can get it back to Australia without too much drama.

Like: Fast service
Dislike: During the booking process online, the website gave us pick up option in Tower Bridge ( which we chose). But, when we got confirmation email it told us to pick up the car at Spur road address in Waterloo and not Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Spur Road office was closed, so we had to call the agency to find out that in fact we had to pick up the car at Lower Marsh road ( Waterloo), so online booking process was a bit confusing, but overall satisfied with the service.
