Smooth, reliable and cheap.

I placed an order on Zuzuche on September 23, and paid 688 RMB in full with my credit card. On October 8, Europcar charged 660.39 RMB to my credit card. I was charged twice for the rental. Overcharged me. At the rental counter, they swiped my card twice, once for 100 AUD and once for a smaller amount. They said they would refund the 100 AUD but it was never returned.

The reserved car was not available, so we had to take a downgraded one with a huge price difference! Offering a tank of gas doesn't make up for it! Absolutely disgusting!

The car pickup and return process with Europcar is very straightforward. The service is good and the car is quite new. I rented a BMW 220i convertible which was almost brand new with only 3000 kilometers. The car was in perfect condition!

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks

スバル　フォレスターまたは同等の車と言うことで、フォレスターでは無かったが、良い車だった。 カーナビゲーションが慣れなくて、使いづらかった（日本でも新しい車では同じことだが）。
