We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

There were quite a few upsell attempts, but I declined all of them. I forgot to refuel the car before returning it, so I was charged a service fee, which was quite expensive! Remember to return the car with a full tank. For the first time, I was charged an emissions fee, and there was another fee that I didn't quite understand, which was also quite expensive. I booked a manual transmission car but was given an automatic one; the vehicle was brand new.

First of all, this was my worst car rental experience ever. I don't know if choosing Zuzuche or Europcar was the mistake. I arrived before 11:00 PM local time, but due to not knowing the time difference, I thought it was almost midnight. So I rushed to Europcar and told the lady there that I lost my luggage and would come back after filing a claim. She didn't kindly inform me that if I had completed the process then, I wouldn't need to pay a €55 fee. Furthermore, when I finally finished filing my claim, around 11:15 PM, Tenerife North Airport was completely deserted, and there was no one renting cars. I stood in the wrong line, and the elderly lady charged me €23.84 for a premium location fee. I was anxious to leave and frustrated about my lost luggage, so I didn't check the details carefully and signed. I could put up with all of this, but then, when I got back, I was charged an additional €24 for reasons unknown. The pre-authorization was clearly €100, but they only reimbursed €76. This is unacceptable. Even in China, such a scam company wouldn't exist. Hence, I give the partner company an extremely low rating. Oh, by the way, other companies have 24-hour service and are half the price on other websites. So, forget about domestic apps; it's disappointing.

Car was not a seat Leon. It was an old peugeot 2008. It was the most underpowered car I have ever driven. Had to go up most hills in first.

Il n'y avait qu'une personne au guichet pour s'occuper des réservations donc cela a été plutôt long. Ensuite on ns a passé une petite fiat tte sale. Il n'y avait même plus d'eau ds les essuies glaces. Et la voiture avait plein de bosses et rayures. Avant de la prendre j'ai fait constater l'état de la voiture et on me l'a changé avec une autre bcp plus propre. Le personnel n'est pas très souriant, ni très agréable. Pour le retour, on ns dit qu'il faut garer le véhicule d'un côté ou de l'autre, mais plus de places...l'on m'a répondu qu'il fallait que je me débrouille... Donc je suis allée garer le véhicule assez loin de l'agenceet suis revenue avec l'adresse où j'ai pu garer le véhicule...
