Although QEEQ booking included Third Party insurance, this did not appear on Hertz records and I was asked to buy it as it is mandatory in California. There is some disconnect that should be fixed. Had I bought it, it would have cost me almost $200 more!!

Highly satisfied! Hertz service is excellent. The self-service car selection is super convenient; you are given a designated area where you can choose any car. It's safe to say they are among the best rental companies. The full insurance price is reasonable, there is no upselling of other services, and the return process is quick and hassle-free. Due to language barriers, extending the rental period by an additional two days resulted in the car rental staff requiring me to repurchase insurance for the previous seven days. Attempts to resolve this through the Zuzuche platform and in-person discussions were ineffective, which was very disappointing! It's hard to satisfy users when such a major rental platform cannot resolve common issues like this. Truly frustrating!
