カウンターでも40分ぐらい待ちました。さらに、車の受け取り場所でもさらに30分。スタッフが少なく、車を運ぶのに手間取っていました。 貸出受付の受付時間順に車を持ってきてくれるのですが、その受付カードが10枚ぐらい並んでいました。

1番安いコンパクト+のミステリーカープランでしたが、2クラス上ぐらいのミニバンをアサインいただきました。 スタッフ配置の関係で待たされた事を除けば完璧でした。
