After returning to my country, I wouldn't have noticed this kind of malicious charge by the rental company if I hadn't carefully checked my credit card statements. Currently in the process of resolving this issue. I recommend avoiding Europe Car and Fox rental companies.

The rental service at the company's store is managed by an EZ company counter. I used to think Europcar was pretty good, hence I chose this company. EZ has a lot of negative reviews online, and the staff we dealt with were quite indifferent. I won't rent from Europcar again.

Waited at the airport for an hour and didn't see the BUS. Couldn't reach anyone by phone. Finally, after calling the car rental website twice, I was told I had to take another company's shuttle.
