Decent experice

Not sure if it's a common tactic in Los Angeles, but no matter what car you book, they always tell you on the spot that the car isn't available, and you have to pay extra to get a car. Since travelers can’t afford to waste time arguing, this has happened both times I rented a car. Can the rental service do something about it?

Additional charges were excessive and they promoted unnecessary expenses

I prepaid the full amount but there were no cars available at the store. Everyone was just waiting around and the staff was nowhere to be found. They didn't inform us or the people who had been waiting for over two hours before us that there were no cars. Only after more people showed up to queue did the staff finally say there were no cars. Very disappointed with the car rental company's attitude.

The agent spent too much time trying to upsell me on a more expensive car. The check-out process took far too long.
