Cost was more than quoted. Unhappy and won’t use again

Great service and quick pick-up.

Staff were great, car was great, the queue to pick up the car was long, and only 2 or 3 staff taking the bookings. Surely the rental company knows exactly how many cars are booked per flight, and can therefore have sufficient staff on hand to deal with the influx. We had prebooked and prepaid, so only had to produce licence and sign off, but still had to wait in queue with others who either hadn't booked at all, or had booked and not paid. It was a long drawn out affair.

Pick up process was quite slow as card machine did not work. Had to use other persons card and add additional driver fee which was not expected. Staff were friendly but whole process took longer than I have experienced in the past. However the person checking the car back in was unnecessarily rude. Did not have rental agreement to hand on arrival so he started to raise his voice to us and barking that it was impossible to rent without one. Suggested that we had not been given to us that morning accused us of lying. Really not what was expected when the rest of the staff were so pleasant. The staff member in the office said it was fine that we did not have it and perhaps we hadnt been given it - mistakes happen. There is a way to speak to people and the person checking the car did not know how - zero customer service skills.

The counter staff during pick up was amazing. The counter staff during drop off was bad, and the counter was actually under staffed and it was very very crowded.
