Overall good. Quick pick-up and drop-off, no forced sales. However, the car I booked was not the same level as the one I received. I booked a Nissan Altima, but was given a Hyundai Sonata. This big difference was unsatisfactory.

The rental company is good, but the wait in line was a bit long.

There are plenty of shuttle buses from the airport to the rental company. When I arrived at around 11 PM, I saw one bus just leaving, but by the time I walked to the stop, another bus had already arrived. The car rental process was quick. After the paperwork, you can choose any car from the same category in the parking lot. Once you've picked your car, you can drive right off because the keys are already inside. The Ford Mustang I rented had over 10,000 kilometers on it but performed very well. The trunk was larger than expected and could just fit two 28-inch suitcases. Returning the car was at 6:30 PM, and they only checked the fuel gauge before telling me everything was fine. There were quite a few people waiting for the bus to the airport at that time, and I got onto the second bus. The driver was very responsible, helping with all the luggage and making sure everyone got to the correct terminal. I was very satisfied with the price, service, and quality. It was a great car rental experience, and I will choose Alamo again next time.

Picked up the car from the kiosk, very convenient and fast! Purchased CDW and EP during the rental, there was a 50cm crack on the windshield when returning the car, no need to pay, return was done in a minute.
