Car had not been washed & was not too clean outside with white & yellow paint on the driver's side window rubber. Gas tank only half full. No shuttle available to pick us up from cruise terminal at San Pedro despite it being advertised... Was advised it was not guaranteed if they were busy.

When picking up the car, the child seat didn’t fit properly, but the staff patiently helped us to replace it and familiarize ourselves with the car’s features. Until returning the car at the airport, we truly experienced Hertz’s leading position. The parking lot has complete facilities, including self-service refueling, car washing, and a 24-hour airport shuttle. The service is excellent! The return process was simple and straightforward, and the deposit was refunded immediately after inspection! I will choose Hertz again next time!

My car did exceed my expectations it was a one year old Kia very comfortable to drive. There were a few scrapes and a dented bonnet (hood) but on return that didn’t cause any problems. Only one gripe the screen wash was empty
