Had an upgrade which was appreciated as my car had broken down and daughter getting married that day. Faff around as car not full and had to get original guy to confirm on return this was case

booked a caddy van but did not have one down graded me to a petrol corsa ended up costing me more in fuel than it would of in the small van as i have a company fuel card thats why i wanted a diesel

the tank was not full, it was £7 short of petrol, car was dirty esp windscreen, screen wash ran out very quickly so had to drive with limited vision and electric windows stopped working for half an hour so had to drive with drivers wndow fully open on a mototrway. told staff upon return and they didnt seem too bthered, no offer to recompense the lack of petrol, not impressive.
