Very accommodating as they were able to change our pick up location at the airport rather than from Airlie Beach given that the beach location would have been closed by the time we would have landed. Simon who was the Europ car representative, was superb with accommodating our needs and changing the pick up location. Front desk representative for europ car at PPP airport was very detailed and accommodating as well.

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.
