The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

I accepted the offer of a jeep and didn't realize how rough the suspension was. No fault of the staff, maybe a friendly warning would have been helpful.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.
