Poor customer service.

Explain gps and basics of the car

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Routes counter service staff were great. At O'Hare, you have to take a shuttle to the new car rental facility and then you have to take another shuttle to Routes. It took them a long time to track down a minivan for us to rent. And, when the car arrived, it was soaking wet like it had just come out of the carwash. It was clean inside other than something was all over the interior ceiling and the antenna was missing on the van so we couldn't pick up very many radio stations. Overall, I would rent from Routes again because it was so much cheaper than the more well known car rental companies.
