Very nice customer services

The staff was very patient. They couldn't find my added driver information in the computer system, but they patiently waited while I looked for the details in my mobile order. The confirmation was received quickly.

It was okay. After driving 800 kilometers, the engine warning light turned on. I had to drive back to exchange the car, which was quite troublesome.

Don't understand why so much registration input is needed on pick up when surely all this info could have been inputed on booking

It’s incredible to me that, after years and years in business and with the availability of incredible technology, it still takes 10+ minutes to pick up a car. Four people at the desk and 20 people consistently in line. The wait is not only painful but incredibly frustrating because it doesn’t need to be that way.
