Very impressed great service

Overall, the car rental company provided good service. They thoroughly explained the importance of purchasing insurance and related services to waive excess fees. However, after discussion, I informed them that I had already bought all necessary insurance from QEEQ.com, and they didn't push for additional sales. The company's parking lot is situated in a congestion charging zone in London, and the congestion charge is paid daily. If returning the car after office hours, you can leave the key at the designated spot.

The car was lovely and the staff were really helpful at Exeter - making sure I was familiar with the key features. They advised where I can drop off at Heathrow and went through the 'paperwork' on the iPad. I didn't like the £2,000 excess on insurance which I was offered on the spot to take there and then - as the cost was almost as much as the daily hire cost - but waived it. That made the experience much more stressful - particularly in London - and I was grateful to drop the car back without a hitch.

The platform was brilliant and I got a very good price - which I was delighted with. I was taking my parents up to London from Dartmouth (83 and 85) and they very much enjoyed it. We came back in my car - which is lovely but not quite as lovely as the car we hired :)

The selection of cars in their premium is getting very shallow and not very good. The price when you want extend my 2 days was more than the price I paid for the 7 days.

Dislike: HAD MY SAT NAV WITH ME TO FIND MY DESTINATION AFTER PICLKING UP CAR. HOWEVER AFTER LEAVING FOUND THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER NOT WORKING SO COULD NOT CHARGE MY SAT NAVE
