When returning the car, there was a small tear in the tire. The staff wanted to withhold the deposit, but after negotiation, they consulted the manager. The manager said they would waive it if I wrote a good review online.

1. They didn't coordinate properly with the rental website, causing me to pay the one-way fee twice. 2. The drop-off location was extremely unclear! They should provide a detailed address instead of just a postcode. We were instructed to return the car at Edinburgh train station, but couldn't find any signs or an office nearby. We had to drive around the busy area for a long time before calling the store to get the exact location. This issue isn't unique to us. After we parked, another car faced the same problem and only found the spot after asking the police. I've lived in Edinburgh for nearly a year, and even I had trouble. It's even more challenging for first-time visitors.

Car adequate Serivice good Car NOT provide with full tank. Actually Empty Shortage of gas locally meant a stressful 45 mins after pick up looking for a gas station. This was not acceptable after a transatlantic flight with 5 tired people
