It was great
First vehicle smelled that someone had smoke on it. Requested a change and got it no questions asked. Excellent service. I even got an upgrade guess for the problem.

The service was satisfactory, but I was not happy with the Ford Everest model. I originally booked a Toyota Prado and was given the Everest as a replacement. Although the vehicle is large, its interior space is cramped. The floor near the left foot in the driver's cabin protrudes, making long drives very uncomfortable. Additionally, the Everest uses a diesel engine, which provides adequate power for starting off but is noticeably underpowered on the highway. Accelerating and overtaking with the 2.0 diesel engine is challenging.

The queue for picking up the car was quite long, and they tried to upsell better insurance before handing over the car. The service attitude was fairly good, but we later found out during refueling that the fuel tank was not full when we picked up the car.

The staff recommended a toll package for $15 a day, but Chicago doesn't have many toll highways. I didn't buy it and just set the GPS to avoid toll roads. I drove for three days and visited most of the popular attractions without encountering any toll fees. Near O'Hare Airport, highways are often congested. If you didn’t purchase the full tank package, it’s better to fill up the tank elsewhere before getting on the highway; otherwise, you'll face half-hour traffic jams entering or exiting the highway. Plan your time accordingly.

The car wasn't cleaned and was very dirty. When returning the car, there was no one to receive it, so I had to go to the counter to find someone.

When I arrived at the location, they said there were no cars available, so they upgraded me to a 7-seater Ford. Despite purchasing full insurance, I was inexplicably charged an additional 93 New Zealand dollars after returning the car. I contacted the platform several times over several days but received no response, and I have already filed a complaint with 12315.
