I booked a gas-powered car, but was given an electric car when picking up. I requested a replacement and waited for over 4 hours to get the gas-powered car. The staff at the store were cooperative, but this is not how things should be handled. The store did not provide any compensation for this.

We reserved a Mercedes A-Class automatic, but the store had no stock and replaced it with a BMW 1 Series manual, which we refused. They then upgraded us to a GLB, but there was a £300 upgrade fee. At pickup, they said the fee would be refunded when we returned the car. However, at drop-off, they denied it. The inspector claimed I had signed for it, and the salesperson avoided me the entire time. The store manager brushed me off, and they refused to check the surveillance footage. Extremely poor experience.

Nice and easy
The whole process was really quick. I asked them specifically for Ford Explorer because I wanted to check that car and they had one available so overall great experience I only had the rental for less than 24 hours.
