When picking up the car, there was an issue with the tire pressure. After driving for about a kilometer, the dashboard alarm went off, so I returned to the store for inspection. The staff checked and inflated the tires, assured me everything was fine, but an hour later, the tire pressure issue returned. I had to go to a nearby airport to replace the car, which disrupted my entire day's plans. Despite having all necessary emergency reports and replacement receipts, the store and the rental company couldn’t finalize a compensation plan. The rental company kept sending routine emails saying, 'Please wait, we are actively contacting you.' The service level is simply unacceptable.

The branch address on this website is incorrect, and has been so for, I understand, over two years. It sent me to Tweed-New Haven Airport, and the actual address was 1 George St. in New Haven. At least they were kind enough to send someone to pick me up, but really, how hard is it to update important information like this?

Brand new delivery miles car handed over by a really charming. friendly and professional team. They gave me to lift to the station at the end of the rental.
