The process with the big company was very smooth. I purchased full insurance, returned the keys to the staff, and there was no inspection.

The process was extremely quick. After completing the paperwork, you can directly take the car keys and drive off; when returning the car, simply hand over the keys and the driving documents and you're done. The car we rented had only been driven about 3,000 kilometers, which was excellent, and it was an intelligent driving model that made highway driving much easier!

Very satisfied, the car was nearly new with only 7,000 kilometers, a GT hybrid version, flexible and easy to drive, very convenient in European cities.

I often rent cars in Budapest, and overall, the service here is not as good as Sixt. When picking up the car, they just hand you the keys and the pickup sheet, and even the registration document is given separately, making it easy to misplace. No one guides you to check the vehicle condition; you're left to compare it against the pickup sheet yourself. The car wasn't even cleaned properly, with a layer of dust on the surface. At pickup, they informed me that highway fees are not included, using the excuse 'That's why we offer low prices.' I can only say it's full of tricks...

The pickup process was convenient, and the staff was welcoming. Processing the paperwork took a bit longer, but it didn't affect the overall experience.
