The staff was friendly and good-looking.

It was okay. I forgot to bring my passport, so I asked my friend to bring it for me. Since I was in a hurry, I requested the store to let me complete the required forms, payment, and inspection in advance, so that I could pick up the car immediately when my passport arrived. However, the store firmly refused, not allowing even the filling of forms or payment. After waiting for an hour, once the passport arrived, they slowly brought out the forms one by one, explained everything at a slow pace, and played a video for me to watch. The entire process took almost fifteen minutes, which I found quite frustrating.

Very satisfied, would recommend to other car renters. They arrived at the airport within 5 minutes, great service attitude.

Booked over six months in advance but didn't get the requested car and they unreasonably asked me to accept it.

They will try to sell insurance.
