Everything was really good. Picked up at terminal was easy even got help with bags. Car was ready when paperwork completed. Excellent service

The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were the worst I've encountered after renting cars multiple times overseas—unbelievably bad. The vehicle at pick-up was not the same as reserved, and there was no explanation provided. They didn't guide us to check the car or explain basic usage tips. When we asked questions due to confusion, they answered reluctantly and impatiently. The attitude of the staff at drop-off was even more outrageous. Interestingly, they seemed suddenly patient and courteous when dealing with other white customers.

Das Auto welches wir bekommen haben war gut. Nur hat das Personal uns als erstes ein Auto zugewiesen welches nicht vorhanden war. Nach längerem Suchen, haben wir endlich ein anderes Auto bekommen

The staff was very professional and recommended roadside assistance without accidents, which I think is really necessary for first-time drivers abroad. The price was also reasonable and acceptable.

The counter staff tried to sell an insurance. As we told him, that we have allready the one from AXA, he was a little bit angry.

I chose this company even though it was more expensive, thinking their reputation was worth the extra cost. However, I was shocked by how aggressively the staff pushed insurance when I picked up the car, even though I had already opted for full coverage during booking. When I refused, they tried to take a deposit for the keys, which I also declined. The staff member got really angry and ended up giving us a very old car with many scratches instead of the one we reserved. Thankfully, we had a good time, which made up for the frustrating pickup experience. I booked a Camry but got a very old Nissan.

Great! The staff at the store, though speaking English, quickly understood my needs. Communication was smooth. Since Hawaii's attractions are quite spread out, driving yourself is more convenient.

Because Zuzuche didn't provide my Avis preferred number to the rental company, I had to wait in the regular line for a long time and couldn't use the fast track for members. Very disappointed!!!

I had already bought insurance when I placed the order, but the store tricked me by saying the order didn’t include insurance. I ended up paying an extra $70 per day. Total rip-off!
