We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! Thank you to the people at the desks and those in the car park for your kindness and friendliness. We really appreciate it, you are great!

Thanks to the instructions I know exactly what to do, where the rental company is, what the deposit policy or fuel policy is. Pretty good experience. Initially, I was given an old GMC AT4 with a small size and loud noise while driving. After calling customer service, they immediately agreed to a replacement. I selected another car at LA airport, and I was quite satisfied.
