The fuel policy is not full-to-full, so remember to check the fuel level. If you add more fuel, they won't reimburse the extra cost.

The process to get the car took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell any services. The return process was simple and quick. After returning the car, the staff even helped us call a taxi. They were extremely kind.

We navigated to the pickup location using the store address ourselves. There was a no-entry sign on the way to the Venice drop-off location, so we called the car rental company for assistance. It turned out that their vehicles are allowed to pass.

The entire process was quick and both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, although the car is usually not the one booked.

The rental company’s service attitude was okay, but they were seriously understaffed! This caused me to wait for almost two hours at the airport before a shuttle came to pick me up. Once I arrived at the store, I had to wait another hour to finish the paperwork. I bought full insurance at the store, yet still had to leave a deposit of 700 euros. By contrast, the same brand's Venice location only requires a 100-euro deposit if you buy full insurance at the store. I wouldn't highly recommend this location.

It was okay, but there were long lines for picking up and returning the car, which was inconvenient. Improve efficiency.
