There’s a counter for the same brand at T2, so I don’t understand why we have to go to T1. Even if going to T1 is necessary, the pickup instructions only consider T1 arrivals and don’t account for transferring from T2 to T1. I had to ask airport staff to figure it out myself.

Very disappointing experience. When issues arose with my booking on-site, Zuzuche did not assist in resolving them and pushed the responsibility onto me to deal with the store directly. Absolutely no service provided. Terrible!

If you have previous car rental experience, you'll find it convenient. They are very skilled and efficient. They will also prepare a TNG card in advance, which you will need for tolls and parking in Malaysia. Don't skip this; it will be a hassle if you don't have it—trust me.

The efficiency is too low - 30 minutes to pick up the car and 10 minutes to return it. For T2 departures, you need to allow at least an hour for returning the car, as train services are infrequent and it takes half an hour to reach T1.

When picking up the car in Penang, it was through Europcar's agent, and there was complete deception involved. I rented a 2023 Bezza model, but they tried to give me a very old car, at least five years old, with over 100,000 kilometers on it. They claimed their cars are always under five years old. I told them I had booked a 2023 model, which is less than a year old. They argued that even a car with 100,000 kilometers could be less than a year old. I had to constantly file complaints, wait over 4 hours, and return to the rental location before they finally gave me a newer car with just over 10,000 kilometers. Their goal was clearly to deceive renters by providing an older car at a lower rental cost, even though I booked the more expensive 2023 model. This is outright cheating passengers and renters.

The car was nearly new, the service was excellent, very satisfying.
