The Malaysians' English wasn't very standard, and our English was even worse, making communication difficult. However, the staff remained patient and tried their best to communicate.

Promised Chinese support was not available, which was very disappointing. Additionally, Shouqi Car Rental only partners with Europcar, with no Shouqi signs visible locally. Without prior online research, finding it would have been impossible.

The car had scratches, and detailed records were made during pickup to avoid liability. Compliance with local traffic regulations and an understanding of local driving habits are necessary, and courteous driving is a must. The communication between the QEEQ platform and customers during the booking process was poor, which made the trip less smooth. The platform needs improvement.
